Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix 1 cup (90g) of pancake mix, 1 egg or 2 tbsp melted butter and a half cup of milk into a smooth batter.
  2.  Warm a pan to medium heat and grease it with butter.
  3.  Pour batter into the heated pan and cook both sides.With whole grain flours, it may take more time to cook than refined flours.
  4. Serve warm topped with maple syrup or honey.
    Add fruits like banana, strawberry, etc.
